How to File a Notice

To process your request, your DMCA notice must include the following:

  1. Your contact information
    Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Details of your work
    A description of the copyrighted content. If multiple works are affected, a list is acceptable.
  3. Location of the infringing content
    Provide the specific URL(s) where the content appears on musculartube.
  4. Good faith statement
    A declaration that you believe the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement
    A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is true and that you are the rights holder or authorized representative.
  6. Signature
    An electronic or physical signature. Typing your full legal name will be accepted for electronic submissions.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice via our contact form. It must include:

  1. Your full contact information.
  2. Identification of the content removed and its previous location on musculartube.
  3. A sworn statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or if outside the U.S., the courts where musculartube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the complainant.
  5. Your signature, either electronic or physical.

We may restore the content within 10 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless notified that legal proceedings have begun.


Repeat Violations

Accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing material may be suspended or terminated. Infringing content may also be removed without notice at our discretion.

False Claims Warning

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices can result in liability for damages, including attorney fees. If unsure of your rights, please consult an attorney before filing.
